リテルヒューズは、定格電圧が 200V ~ 1000V の 15A rms ~ 25A rms 整流器を製造しています。TO-220 パッケージは電気的に絶縁されているため、これらの整流器は 1 つの部品タイプのみを使用するコモンアノードまたはコモンカソード回路で使用でき、在庫要件を簡素化できます。

Teccor ブランドのシリコン整流器はガラスパシベーションを施したジャンクションを備え、長期に渡る信頼性と安定性を確保します。ガラスはジャンクションの汚染に対する頑丈で信頼できるバリアとなります。

注:
  • 動作温度範囲 (Tj) は -40°C ~ +125°C。
  • 保管温度範囲 (TS) は -40°C ~ +125°C。
  • リードのはんだ付け温度は、ケースから 1/16" (1.59 mm) 以上離れた位置で、230°C 以下 10 秒以内です。
  • ケース温度 (Tc) については、外形寸法図で示されているとおり測定されます。パッケージ寸法を参照してください。
  • Teccor の電気的に絶縁された TO-220 デバイスは、リードから実装タブに至るまで、動作温度範囲全域で 2500VacIrms の高電圧試験に対する耐性を提供します。
  • 逆回復時間 (trr) の代表値は 4µs です (試験条件 = 順方向電流 0.9A および逆方向電流 1.5A)。

Littelfuse manufactures 15A rms to 25A rms rectifiers with voltages rated from 200V to 1000V. Due to the electrically-isolated TO-220 package, these rectifiers may be used in common anode or common cathode circuits using only one part type, thereby simplifying stock requirements.

Teccor brand silicon rectifiers feature glass-passivated junctions to ensure long term reliability and stability. In addition, glass offers a rugged, reliable barrier against junction contamination.

Notes:
  • Operating temperature range (Tj) is -40°C to +125°C.
  • Storage temperature range (TS) is -40°C to +125°C.
  • Lead solder temperature is a maximum of 230°C for 10 seconds maximum at a minimum of 1/16" (1.59 mm) from case.
  • The case temperature (Tc) is measured as shown on dimensional outline drawings. See Package Dimensions.
  • Teccor's electrically-isolated TO-220 devices withstand a high potential test of 2500VacIrms from leads to mounting tab over the operating temperature range.
  • Typical Reverse Recovery Time (trr) is 4µs. (Test conditions = 0.9A forward current and 1.5A reverse current.)
