AXGD シリーズ XTREME-GUARDTM 静電気放電サプレッサデバイスは、自動車用グレードのポリマー ESD 保護デバイスです。ESD から精密な電子機器を保護し、8kV から 30kV の接触放電 / 空気放電といった過酷な条件にも対応します。32VDC までの高電圧定格アプリケーションに最適なほか、キャパシタンスが極めて低いため高速データ回線アプリケーションとも互換性があります。AXGD シリーズは AEC-Q200 認定デバイスで、インフォテインメント、アンテナ、 RF アンテナシステムなどの自動車用アプリケーションに、またミドルエンド / ハイエンドの電子機器製品に最適です。RoHS 適合、ハロゲンフリー、鉛フリー。

AXGD Series XTREME-GUARDTM Electrostatic Discharge Suppressor device is an auto grade polymer ESD protection device. It protects sensitive electronic devices against ESD - from 8kV up to extreme condition as high as 30kV Contact/Air Discharge. It is suitable for high voltage rating applications up to 32VDC and its extremely low capacitance ensures the compatibility of high speed data line application. The AXGD Series is an AEC-Q200 qualified device, ideal for automotive applications such as infotainment, automotive antenna, RF antenna system, and mid to high end electronic products. It is RoHS Compliant, Halogen-free, and Pb-free part.
